Tavares Studio ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://tavaressstudio.co.uk)
("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to
the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and
agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our
service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Payments & Ordering
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is one of the best, safest and secure ways to make an online payment. We accept the following payment type for your protection and ours: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, American Express, Bank transfers, MoneyGram, and Western Union.
We do not have access to share your credit card information with anyone. Your information is secured via Paypal.
3.1 How to use Paypal?
Once you reach the checkout page and select the PayPal option, click the "CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON", you will be redirected to PayPal where you will be able to complete the checkout process. Simply follow one of the options to pay with your credit card.
4. Returns -
4.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Tavares Studio will not accept returns due to a change of mind. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using royal mail tracked 24 shipping service.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
Tavares Studio will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund
the value of any shipping paid.

4.2 Warranty Returns
Tavares Studio will not make any warranty returns. Before buying something, you can get all information from the product page. for detailed information, you can contact us on the contact page and chat support.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7 - 18 days
5.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 15 - 30 days. This
varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer
a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.
5.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 - 7 business days of payment of the order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except
on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
5.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.
5.5 POSTAL Shipping
Tavares Studio will ship all ordered items to your address using postal services only.
5.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and
dispatch the rest of the order.
5.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation or you can also contact Royal Mail on (+44-345-774-0740) if the package is delayed. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
5.8 Signature Confirmation
Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with Signature Confirmation.
Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. Royal Mail will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange redelivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
6. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your Royal Mail tracking to track your package in transit.
7. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with the next steps.
8. Duties & Taxes
8.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the
website
8.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without
any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in the destination country
9. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, no cancellation is available. For more details, please refer to our refund policy
10. Parcel loss and damage -
10.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.
10.2 Process for parcel lost in transit
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately. We will contact Royal Mail right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 3-10 business days but we cannot control how long it may take.
If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending Royal Mails investigation results. If the product comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
