Our bundles are around 95-100g each.
A full sew-in weave with our virgin hair would approximately need 3-4 bundles.
We ONLY recommend buying 2 bundles when a frontal is being used or with lengths of 12-16" inches.
We recommend 3-4 bundles for silkier textures such as Silky Straight and Body Wave.
*TIP* purchase 3 of the same length for a fuller look. (EX: 16", 16", 16".)
Keep in mind the longer the hair the smaller the weft!
Our hair is raw and virgin human hair meaning it has not been processed in any way.
You can colour the hair however, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin.
Be sure to keep colour-processed hair conditioned and moisturized.

Processing takes up to 3-5 business days, not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner. (This process can take up to 1 full week).

No returns due to hygiene reasons, especially if the hair has been worn (used) removed from its package, washed, combed, dyed, bleached, altered, or tempered, in anyway way.
The item must be in the same state and condition as it was received. All orders are final. 30% cancellation fee will be deducted. The exchange might be acceptable.

After your order is processed and the tracking number is sent, shipping takes about 2-3 business days to receive.

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately.
We will contact Royal Mail right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation.
This investigation can take up to 3-10 business days but we cannot control how long it may take.
If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending Royal Mails investigation results.
If the product comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
